Located approximately 40 miles from downtown Los Angeles and Burbank Airport the hotel extends over 17 landscaped acres and is a short drive from the scenic Malibu coastline, the Performing Arts Center, Ronald Reagan Library, high-end shopping areas and many notable corporate headquarters. One recent review: The grounds are wonderful, our suite was very nice, and the service was especially good: we arrived and found someone else's card and half-dozen roses waiting in our room, and the guy at the front desk apologized, and we later found a bottle of wine that he left as an apology. The front desk brought us a corkscrew and toothpaste. A superb experience. We'll be looking for summit hotels wherever we go on vacation now.
