We offer classes in tai chi, cardio, bags, Power Pump, Rock the Barre, MMA concepts and kung fu for both children and adults. The school helps students attain their fitness goals, whether losing weight, getting into shape or leaning an ancient form of selfdefense.

The programs are designed to improve flexibility and core strength, manage stress, build confidence and develop harmony and balance, all in a welcoming environment. And its fun!
