Joe is fabulous. He's a throwback to old world Europe, forgoing tickets or forms for your repair order and somehow miraculously handing you the right shoes every time you come in. He does good work at a fair price and is usually able to squeeze in a quick repair for you if you tell him about the event you have to attend that evening or the trip you're leaving for first thing in the morning. A nice guy. I've been bringing him my shoes for years.
