She became certified in veterinary acupuncture through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, is a certified Tuina practitioner and has studied classical acupuncture and herbal medicine with Dr. Xie at the Chi Institute. Dr Tyneway is a veterinarian certified in animal chiropractic by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. She has studied veterinary homeopathy with Dr. Richard Pitcairn and is certified by the Canine Rehabilitation Institute as a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT). | ||
