Christian got me in asap that day (as soon as the part arrived), and had it fixed within the hour. I spent some time talking to him and getting to know him, and he's very extremely knowledgeable about everything - right off the top of his head vs. extensive research I did on owner forums. He took me through everything in detail and was a pleasure to deal with.
